Train it in TheoriaAbout the Spielmann Gambit
The Spielmann Gambit comes from the Raphael Variation. After 2...Nf6, White plays 3. g4 instead of the usual Bg5 setups and offers the g-pawn to undermine f5 and dislodge the knight that guards e4. If Black captures, White aims to gain time for e4 and open lines against the loosened kingside. If Black declines, the pawn may advance further. The idea is close to that of the Krejcik Gambit and the Korchnoi Attack.
