Train it in TheoriaAbout the Adhiban Gambit
The Adhiban Gambit meets the knight's attack on e4 with 4...c6. Rather than defending the pawn, Black offers it and prepares ...d5 to build a broad center and gain time against White's knights. The idea came from the neural network engine Leela Zero, and Grandmaster Adhiban Baskaran introduced it in 2021 at the Meltwater Rapid Indian Qualifier. It has displaced the older Bellon Gambit, 4...b5, which was refuted before the computer era, and its theory is still taking shape.
