Train it in TheoriaAbout the Wade Gambit
The Wade Gambit is an uncommon answer to the Anglo-Dutch Defense, 1. c4 f5. White offers the g-pawn at once with 2. g4, striking at the f5-pawn before Black has developed any pieces to support it. Accepting with 2...fxg4 is the most frequent reply, and Black scores well after it. The declining moves 2...d6 and 2...Nf6 have gone better for White in a small sample of games. The engine rates the position as roughly balanced.
