Train it in TheoriaAbout the Zilbermints-Hartlaub Gambit
The Zilbermints-Hartlaub Gambit arises after 3...e5 in the Zilbermints Gambit. Instead of developing further, White plays 4. d3 to strike at the advanced e4-pawn a second time. Black is still a pawn up, with doubled e-pawns on e5 and e4. Black must deal with the pressure on e4 while White's g4-pawn also remains loose. The line is an offbeat sideline of an opening that is already rare in serious play.
