Train it in TheoriaAbout the Reshevsky Gambit
The Reshevsky Gambit arises when Black meets 5. Rc1 with 5...O-O 6. e3 c5 and, after 7. dxc5, answers with 7...Qa5 rather than recapturing at once. The queen pins the c3-knight against the king and works with the g7-bishop against White's queenside. White's extra pawn stands as a doubled pair on c4 and c5. Black aims to win the material back through quick development and pressure along the half-open c- and d-files.
