About the Chigorin's Attack

Chigorin's Attack arises when Black meets 3...Qh4+ 4. Kf1 with 4...d5, a popular way of returning the gambit pawn, and then answers 5. Bxd5 with 5...g5. This props up the f4-pawn instead of developing with 5...Nf6. White replies 6. g3 and attacks the chain at once, aiming to open lines against the queen on h4. White's king on f1 has already lost the right to castle, and the play is sharp and forcing.
