Train it in TheoriaAbout the Fraser Variation
The Fraser Variation comes from the 4...g5 5. Nc3 Bg7 line. Black is trying to hold the f4-pawn, and White breaks the chain with 6. g3. That concedes a second pawn after 6...fxg3. Then 7. Qf3 puts the queen on the half-open f-file, aimed at f7. White is two pawns down with the king on f1, and plays for rapid development and pressure against f7 while Black's queen sits on h4.
