Train it in TheoriaAbout the Hobbs-Zilbermints Gambit
The Hobbs-Zilbermints Gambit branches from the Queen's Knight Defense. After 2...Nc6 3. Nf3, Black plays 3...g5, giving up a pawn. Following 4. fxg5, Black offers a second pawn with 4...h6, aiming to undermine the pawn on g5 and open the g- and h-files. In the resulting position White is a pawn ahead but has doubled g-pawns, Black's h-pawn is isolated, and the f- and g-files are half-open.
