Train it in TheoriaAbout the Fluid Attack
The Fluid Attack, 7. Be2, declines to meet ...c5 with 7. d5 and instead continues kingside development, leaving the central tension unresolved. Black almost always captures with 7...cxd4, opening the c-file and the long diagonal against White's loosened center. The piece moves 7...Nc6 and 7...Bg4 are much rarer. Compared with the Dynamic Attack, this line gives Black an easier path to equality, and engines rate the position as roughly balanced.
