Train it in TheoriaAbout the Bronstein Defense
The Bronstein Defense is a forcing offshoot of the Orthodox Sämisch. After 7. d5 Nh5 8. Qd2, Black gives up the queen with 8...Qh4+. Following 9. g3 Nxg3 10. Qf2 Nxf1 11. Qxh4 Nxe3 12. Ke2 Nxc4, the knight has captured both white bishops and two pawns in exchange for the queen. White keeps a material edge. Black's compensation is that White can no longer castle, the king stays exposed on e2, and the kingside pawns are left broken with an isolated h-pawn.
