150 Attack

The 150 Attack, also called the Caveman Attack, pairs Be3 with Qd2 to prepare Bh6, queenside castling and a kingside pawn storm, usually without f2-f3. British players including Mark Hebden and Michael Adams popularized it and named it after the 150 ECF grade, roughly 1825 Elo, at which it can be handled without theory. Black's 4...c6 delays ...Bg7 and prepares 5...b5, the usual reply. 5...Bg4 is the Inner Doll Defense.
