Train it in TheoriaAbout the Pillsbury Attack
The Pillsbury Attack comes from a Queen's Indian move order, 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. Nf3 b6. It becomes a Queen's Gambit Declined once Black adds 4...d5. After the exchange on d5, the half-open c- and e-files frame the position, and Black's bishop sits on b7 behind the fixed d5 pawn. 9. Ne5 then occupies the central square supported by d4. The knight eyes c6, d7 and f7 and leaves the f-pawn free to advance.
