About the Worrall Attack

The Worrall Attack, 6. Qe2, defends e4 with the queen instead of the rook, freeing the king's rook for d1 to back up d4, although play often moves too fast for that. Black almost always answers 6...b5 7. Bb3, then chooses between the Castling Line, 7...O-O, typically met by 8. c3, and the Delayed Castling Line, 7...d6. Paul Keres, Sergei Tiviakov and Nigel Short have used it; Short won both his games with it against Anatoly Karpov in their 1992 match.
