Train it in TheoriaAbout the Browne Variation
The Browne Variation is a branch of the 7...Be7 line of the Najdorf. Black inserts 8...h6 9. Bh4 before 9...Qc7, questioning the g5-bishop before committing the queen. On h4 the bishop keeps its pin, but it may later be harassed by ...g5. White nearly always replies 10. O-O-O, steering toward the usual opposite-side castling fight. The line is seldom played, results are close to even, and the engine sees the position as roughly balanced.
