Train it in TheoriaAbout the Pachman Gambit
The Pachman Gambit arises after 1. Nf3 d5 2. e3 c5 3. c4 dxc4. White does not regain the pawn at once and instead plays 4. b3, hitting the advanced c4-pawn. Black is momentarily a pawn up with doubled c-pawns, and both the c- and d-files are half-open. White's aim is to dissolve the pawn on c4 and use the time and open lines on the queenside. It is an infrequent sideline of the Zukertort.
