Train it in TheoriaAbout the Anti-Stonewall
The Anti-Stonewall form of the Manhattan Gambit arises after 1. d4 f5 2. Qd3 d5 3. g4. The move 2...d5 opens the c8-bishop's diagonal so that it guards f5. White responds by offering the g-pawn to break up that point. Accepting with 3...fxg4 is the usual reply, while 3...e6 and 3...g6 decline. The engine also suggests 3...e5 and rates the position as roughly balanced. The line is seldom played.
