Train it in TheoriaAbout the with Qd2
This branch of the English Attack usually arises through the Najdorf move order 5...a6 6. Be3 e6. White develops the queen with 7. Qd2 before committing to f3, while still aiming for O-O-O and a kingside pawn advance with g4. Black most often replies 7...Be7. The alternative 7...b5 begins queenside expansion at once, and 7...Qc7 is also seen. Lichess results are close to even, and the engine gives White a slight edge.
