Train it in TheoriaAbout the Pfeiffer Gambit
The Van Geet Opening: Pfeiffer Gambit arises after 1. Nc3 d5 2. f4 d4 3. Ne4 e5. With 2. f4 instead of 2. e4, White lets Black gain space with tempo, and the knight goes to e4 rather than e2. Black answers with 3...e5, putting a pawn en prise to fxe5 while attacking f4 and reinforcing d4. The usual reply, 4. Nf3, is the Sleipnir Countergambit.
